An Introduction to Value-Based Health and Care

This Programme introduces Value-Based Health and Care (VBHC), including the theory and the practical approaches for successful implementation. 

It is aimed at anyone involved in providing health and care services, developing health and care policy, or working in the life science industries across the globe.  

Part 1 introduces the theory of VBHC, including examples of where and how it has been implemented.

Part 2 focuses on how to start measuring the outcomes that truly matter to patients.

Part 3 covers how to evaluate the outcome data you collect to make health and care services more value-based.
